Job Summary

Performs all automotive tire repairs, changes, balancing, rotations and TPMS procedures.

Responsibilities

Reviews repair order requests and makes visual inspection of vehicles to determine the extent of tire service requirements and materials needed.
Performs tire replacement and minor maintenance services
Installs valve stem and tire-pressure monitoring system (TPMS) as required
Mounts tires on the wheel assembly and inflates tires as required
Check tire balances to ensure proper weight placement
Performs short road test to ensure proper repair solutions
Complies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulations

Desired Qualifications

Must have knowledge of tire and auto service processes and procedures.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with tire and lube requirements and specifications
- Knowledge of Mitchell Repair and All-Data
- Knowledge and hands on experience with Tire Machines, Wheel Balancers, Flat Repairs, Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems and some drivability diagnostic experience

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
